Welcome to Casino Rewards. Treasury Brisbane's loyalty program which is designed to reward its members and allows you to earn and receive benefits across the property. Whether you're playing the gaming machines or tables, staying at Treasury Heritage Hotel or simply dining at one of our restaurants, now that you're a valued member you can enjoy great rewards and benefits everytime you visit.

• CASINO DOLLARS™ are earned when you play eligible gaming machines¹. They can be redeemed for play in compatible gaming machines or food, beverage and accommodation vouchers.  

Casino Rewards offers different levels of membership which include: White, Silver, Gold. and Platinum.  Each membership level has particular benefits, the higher your membership level the greater your rewards.

CASINO DOLLARS™

As a member you earn CASINO DOLLARS™, which are automatically earned and recorded when playing gaming machines¹ using your Casino Rewards card at Jupiters Gold Coast or Treasury Brisbane. They are accumulated jointly and can be redeemed at either Casino.

Your benefits can add up quickly. Once you are ready to redeem your CASINO DOLLARS™, you can either visit a Hot Spot Screen to activate the CASINO DOLLARS™ for play in compatible gaming machines or visit a cashier to obtain a voucher which can be used in one of our food and beverage outlets or at the hotel. Just present valid identification and your Casino Rewards card at a Cashier on the main gaming floor.

Your CASINO DOLLARS™ will continue to accrue over time as long as you use your Casino Rewards card in a gaming machine at least once every 90 days.

HOT SPOTS

Hot Spots are self-service touch screens located throughout the Casino, which allow members to view their accrued CASINO DOLLARS™ balance, change a PIN or activate a CASINO DOLLARS™ play session. To access these terminals you will need to setup a new PIN, which a Gaming Machine Attendant will certainly be able to assist with if required.

WITH OUR COMPLIMENTS

To earn what we call 'complimentaries', you must present your Casino Rewards card to the Dealer when you play any table game at Jupiters Gold Coast or Treasury Brisbane. Complimentaries are generated based on your average bet and time played, with a minimum average bet of $10 required for rating.

Complimentaries, can be exchanged for food, drinks and accommodation (but only from the Casino at which they were earned). To request a complimentary, simply visit any Casino Rewards Desk or Customer Relations Desk, or ask your Dealer at the tables when playing. Just make sure you allow 24 hours for manual processing of ratings. Complimentary vouchers must be redeemed at the Casino where earned within 90 days of accrual.

LOST YOUR CARD?

If your card has gone missing we can easily replace it. Visit the Casino Rewards Desk and a new card will be issued immediately.
