For more than 25 years, Treasury Brisbane has forged a number of key partnerships supporting a range of organisations, events and programs that make a difference to the wider community.
Brisbane Racing Club
Treasury Brisbane has been a proud partner of the Brisbane Racing Club for more than 15 years. This year the partnership continues stronger than ever with The Star as naming rights sponsor for both the $3Million The Star Stradbroke Day and The Star Stradbroke Season, as well as official entertainment partner of The Star Gateway Raceday the feature race of the Summer Carnival.
Community Relations
Treasury Brisbane partners with a number of community organisations, charities and not-for-profits in Brisbane to make a positive impact on the communities we call home.
Gambling Community Benefit Fund
In addition to Treasury’s ongoing community partnerships, parent company The Star Entertainment Group continues to contribute to the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation Community Benefit Funds Unit. More than $100 million has been contributed to the Gambling Community Benefit Fund (previously the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund) since 1987 for grants to community groups across Southern Queensland.
GIVIT
The Star and Treasury Brisbane is incredibly proud to have GIVIT as our National Community Partner. We work with GIVIT on a number of initiatives, including natural disaster relief efforts and directly supporting some of their 3,800 partner organisations. GIVIT are the disaster relief and charity partner of choice for a number of State Governments across Australia and given the amazing work they do for so many individuals and organisations they are an obvious choice to be our National Community Partner.

Royal Queensland Beer & Wine Awards
Treasury Brisbane continues its support of local craft brewers and winemakers through its partnership with The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland’s (RNA) Royal Queensland Beer and Wine Awards. These awards have provided the opportunity to promote some of Queensland’s best beer and wine as well as the emerging talent and craftsmanship of these breweries and wineries.
Brisbane Portrait Prize
The Star also partners with one of Queensland’s newest and most prestigious art prizes, the Brisbane Portrait Prize. As the Presenting Partner of the Prize, we are directly investing in showcasing some of the most talented artists in Brisbane and beyond, as well as playing an integral role in an art prize that is quintessentially Brisbane.
