Payment, Cancellation and Privacy Policies
The credit card details you provide to secure your booking are for guarantee purposes. Payment for your stay will be arranged upon check-in at the hotel. You may be required to provide a credit card at check-in for this purpose. You will also be required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation or cash surety in relation to any incidental charges.
To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, your booking must be cancelled by 2:00pm local time on the day prior to your arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the credit card you have provided in an amount equal to the first night's accommodation.
