GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the guaranteed check-in time. Cancellations inside 24 hours of the guaranteed check in time will result in a charge equal to the first nights accommodation. Treasury Casino & Hotel reserves the right to charge this penalty to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. Subject to applicable Terms & Conditions on Event Nights. Advance Purchase rate is non-refundable and non-changeable. The above room type has been noted on your booking; however we cannot guarantee all requests. Therefore Bedding requests and Smoking/Non Smoking rooms are confirmed at the point of arrival.
Check-In policy
A credit card pre-authorization or cash surety is required to cover the cost of accommodation plus $100(credit card) or $150 (cash) per night for incidentals. Should the accommodation be pre-paid or chargeback to a third party, surety will be required as above to cover incidentals only. For Cash Surety, please allow an additional 15 minutes for check-out process
Pre-authorisation
Pre-authorisation is a business practice of holding/freezing a specified amount on a credit card making the amount unavailable to the cardholder until either the account is settled, or the hold releases. In the case of credit cards, authorization holds may last 10 days, depending on the issuing bank after which time the authorisation will release (thus rendering the balance available again to the cardholder).
