The Art of the Palate

Following on from the sold-out Art of the Palate event in February, The Lab Restaurant and Bar is hosting a second evening of luxe dining and indulgent wine tasting paired with an insight into the works of Australian contemporary fine artist Matt Stewart. Hosted by the charismatic The Sunday Mail socials editor and Channel 7 Great Day Out presenter, Damien Anthony Rossi, guests will be treated to a carefully-curated four-course modern Australian menu along with a selection from Barossa vineyard St Hallett including Cellar Door exclusives.
Looking for a sneak peak? Matt Stewart's works will be exclusively exhibited in Ryan's on the Park and Lab Restaurant and Bar during March.

Artist Profile - Matt Stewart
Bright pops of colour, combined with detailed brush work is what you'll find in Australian contemporary fine artist Matt Stewart's artworks. His use of aerosol and acrylic paint, see his individual style described as Pop-art with a Street-art edge.
His large scale original canvas artworks are homed by collectors globally and both his private and corporate mural productions have a waiting list of clients, eager for him to transform their space.
His works have also caught the eye of many a multi-national company who have used his skills for specific artwork projects. Think.... Disney, Cirque Du Soleil, MINI, Coca Cola and the list goes on!
