Christmas brings us together for delectable feasts, so why not make your next team lunch one to remember? The Lab restaurant at the iconic Treasury Hotel is putting on delectable lunches every Friday this November and December.
Our festive menu has something for every tastebud and is the perfect excuse to take your next online catch-up offline. So, make sure you put your out-of-office on while our Chef’s dazzle you with a two-course or three-course Christmas fare featuring options like beef carpaccio, honey glazed ham, Christmas pudding and more. You can customize your courses and select from our Chef’s specially prepared menu.
Both the two-course and three-course lunches include your choice of a glass of wine, beer, soft drink or juice.
Two-Course Lunch: Select one entrée and main or a main and dessert
Three-Course Lunch: Select one entrée, main and dessert
Fresh prawns, grilled peach and rocket salad, citrus dressing
Beef carpaccio, fried capers, parmesan croutons, aioli
Smoked lamb fillet, eggplant puree, capsicum gel, salsa verde
Honey glazed ham, roast potato, broccolini, jus
Beef eye fillet, hand cut fries, rocket salad, bearnaise sauce
Chicken breast, walnut stuffing, potato puree, broccolini, cranberry jus
Christmas pudding with brandy custard
Pavlova with fresh fruits and berries
Flourless chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream
Additional beverages including espresso coffee and tea is available for purchase.

Subject to change, availability and cancellation. Treasury Brisbane practises the responsible service of alcohol. Menu items cannot be substituted and are subject to change. Bookings for groups of up to 15 – 20 can be accommodated. Each booking must choose either the two-course or three-course offering for the table. *No further discounts apply. Not available for takeaway. Confirmed guest numbers are required 24 hours prior to day of dining. Any cancellations or reduced numbers within 24 hours of dining will incur a $20 per person food service charge.
