Valentine’s Dinner Chandon Experience

Spoil your Valentine with an unforgettable evening at the iconic and charming The Lab.

Wine and dine your cupid with a bespoke four-course menu paired with matching wines from internationally-acclaimed vineyard, Chandon.

Guests will indulge in a choice of entrée, main meals and desserts featuring locally-sourced produce including fresh spanner crab, Bendele organic duck breast, Atlantic salmon, chocolate share plate and more.
