Latest COVID-19 Update

Following the recent announcement from the Queensland Government on further restrictions for residents in South East Queensland we would like to advise that these changes do not affect the way we are operating at Treasury Brisbane. We are still open and we will continue to operate under our approved Covid Safe Site Specific Plan.

Please be advised that access to the casino floor may, at certain times on Friday and Saturday evenings, be limited to members and their guests. Access will be subject to availability as per the capacities under Treasury Brisbane’s approved COVIDSafe Plan.

Welcoming you back to Treasury Brisbane safely

To ensure the ongoing safety of our members, guests and staff, Treasury Brisbane is implementing further visitation measures until further notice:

Access to the casino gaming facilities may, at certain times on Friday and Saturday evenings, be limited to members and their guests.

All guests will be required to provide their contact details upon entry as per government COVID-19 directions.

Access to food and beverage areas on the Main Gaming Floor (MGF) will be based on the number of available seats.

An increased number of Social Distancing attendants have been introduced across our premises and we ask all members and guests to follow their instruction.

We are so excited to be welcoming you back!

While the QLD State Government’s continued easing of COVID-19 restrictions has allowed us to re-open some of our restaurants and hotels, we are pleased to announce that the decision to further ease restrictions allows us to invite you back to our casino from midday Friday 3 July. The Casino will be open daily from 10AM to 6AM.
As we welcome you back to Treasury Brisbane, we want you to know that safety is our first priority. That’s why we’ve developed our COVIDSafe Plan to allow you to enjoy your visit with total peace of mind.

Our Site Specific COVID Safe Plan can be found here.

WELLBEING

Your Wellbeing

We ask you to follow the new safety measures that have been put in place to ensure a safe and clean environment is maintained.

All new measures are in accordance with the government mandated requirements. While we are excited to welcome you back, if you are unwell, please stay home. You may be denied entry if you are showing visible signs of COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms.

HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS

Hygiene & Cleanliness

For now, the Casino will be open from 10:00am - 6:00am daily.

This is to allow for a comprehensive cleaning regime every day, along with regular cleaning of frequently used areas. You’ll be asked to sanitise your hands before playing any table game and you are encouraged to sanitise of your gaming machine prior to use. Hand sanitising stations and wipes have been placed in high traffic areas for your convenience.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Physical Distancing

We've implemented measures to help maintain safe physical distance at all times.

For social distancing, we’ve made some changes to the way you play. All gaming machines and select table games will be available but social distancing must apply. Seating at table games will be limited and back betting will not be permitted. Please also be aware that at peak times, access to certain areas may be restricted due to capacity guidelines.

RECORD KEEPING

Record Keeping

If you are a Member of The Star Club, you will need to ensure you use your Membership Card on entering the property plus for all gaming, bar and restaurant transactions.

Guests that are not members will be asked to provide contact details prior to entering our restaurants or gaming areas. Records of guests staying in our hotels will also be kept at point of booking. This is in line with government requirements to ensure contact tracing if required.

Access to the Casino is via the carpark, Queen Street and Elizabeth Street entrances.

We are so excited to be welcoming you back! Please pay attention to the guidelines, keep your distance, use the provided sanitisation stations, and be kind to each other. If you don’t feel well, please stay home.
