All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card OR cash deposit. Cancellations must be made via the website at least 48 hours prior to the guaranteed check-in time (14:00) will result in a charge equal to the first nights accommodation. Subject to terms and conditions on event nights.

Packages can be upgraded to a room class other than that specified in the package, subject to room availability. The following upgrade charges apply: Parlour King room: $110, Suites: from $545 subject to occupancy. Package offers are available until 30 December 2012. All packages offered are subject to room availability and all prices quoted include GST.
