- If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and rest.
- Staff reserve the right to refuse entry if you are showing signs of illness.

- Please wash hands regularly and practise good hygiene.

- Please maintain a 1.5m distance from others at all times.

- 50 guests only permitted per seating.

- Seatings are strictly limited to 120 minutes.

- Cashless payment is preferred.


The Lab

Nestled in the stunning surrounds of Treasury Brisbane’s Hotel, The Lab offers a classic breakfast with a touch of timeless elegance. In addition, The Lab continues to serve a classic high tea created by our in-house pastry team on Saturday afternoons.

The Star Club Member discounts apply. Menu is subject to availability and change. Please be aware that our products either contain or are produced in kitchens which contain and / or use allergens. For allergen free options, please speak with your waitperson. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. A 0.8% service fee will apply to all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diner’s Club transactions. A 1.34% service fee will apply to all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions. A 1.85% service fee will apply to all UnionPay transactions.

Spoil your Valentine with a decadent chocolate high tea in the sunlit surrounds of The Lab. Indulge in a decadent sweet and savoury high tea selection created by Executive Chef, Steven Jones. Steven’s exquisite delivery of high tea was perfected during his years working at five-star establishments in London, and now he is setting a new benchmark for the high tea scene in Brisbane.
